I offer three engagement options depending on where your portfolio company is and what your investment timeline requires.

Financial Process Redesign

Before touching any system, I map what is broken. Chart of accounts, close calendar, approval workflows, management reporting structure — all redesigned around the output your investors need to see. This is where my CPA background separates the engagement from a standard ERP implementation.

Odoo ERP Implementation

A tight, purposeful Odoo implementation scoped to PE requirements. Accounting, invoicing, purchasing, inventory where relevant — configured to produce clean P&L, real-time cash visibility, and budget vs actuals. I run parallel with the old system for four weeks so there is no moment of blind financial reporting.

Fractional CFO Retainer

Post go-live I stay on as your financial brain. Monthly board pack, variance commentary, cash flow forecasting, LP-ready reporting. Typically four to six hours per month. This is where the value compounds — you get ongoing CFO-level oversight without the full-time cost.

Engagement Options

Option A — Implementation only: $75,000 fixed price
Option B — Implementation + 6-month fractional CFO: $110,000 fixed price
Option C — Full transformation + 12-month advisory: $160,000 fixed price

All engagements are fixed price. You know the cost before we start.
