For most growing SMEs, that moment arrives before their financial infrastructure is ready for it. The numbers exist but nobody fully trusts them. The reporting is assembled the night before a board meeting. There is no reliable cash flow visibility. And the business owner is making consequential decisions without the financial information to support them.

I work with two types of clients. Growth-stage SME owners who have outgrown their bookkeeper but cannot justify a full-time CFO — I step in as their fractional CFO, providing board-ready reporting, cash flow management, and strategic financial oversight from $3,500 per month. And PE-backed businesses that need their financial infrastructure rebuilt properly post-acquisition — combining CPA-led process redesign with Odoo ERP implementation so the finance function matches the investment behind it.

I am a CPA and currently Head of Finance at an SME, which means the experience is current and practical — not theoretical. I implement Odoo ERP as well as advise on process, which means I can fix both the system and the people and process around it in one engagement. I work with a small number of clients at a time to make sure each one gets the attention it deserves.
