Fractional CFO Retainer — from $3,500/month

For business owners who have outgrown their bookkeeper but cannot justify a full-time CFO. You get a CPA with board-level experience producing your monthly board pack, cash flow forecast, management reporting, variance commentary, and budget vs actuals — plus one strategy call per month and ad hoc access when you need it. No ERP implementation required. Month-to-month engagement with 30 days notice to exit.

Financial Process Redesign

Before touching any system, I map what is broken. Chart of accounts, close calendar, approval workflows, management reporting structure — all redesigned around the output your stakeholders need to see. This is where my CPA background separates the engagement from a standard consulting project.

Odoo ERP Implementation

A purposeful Odoo implementation scoped to your requirements. Accounting, invoicing, purchasing, inventory where relevant — configured to produce clean P&L, real-time cash visibility, and budget vs actuals. Delivered at a fixed price with parallel running so there is no moment of blind financial reporting during transition.
